Order Processing at Frost Buddy

When you place an order with Frost Buddy, allow us 1-3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Processing excludes weekends and holidays, which extend the timeline to the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Threshold

For orders shipped within the United States, Frost Buddy offers free shipping on purchases over $70. Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated and displayed during checkout, so you will know the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Timeline

Once your order ships, expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait an additional 1-2 days as carriers occasionally update scans prematurely.
If the package remains missing after a couple of days, contact Frost Buddy through our contact page for assistance locating your shipment.
For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Address Accuracy and Reshipments

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause packages to be returned to Frost Buddy.

If a package is returned due to address issues, we can usually arrange to resend it; however, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
